We are skilled carpenters. Our sheds are constructed from scratch and are not built from pre-fabricated factory cutouts. As an option, at a customers request we can often extend front or back roof overhand and/or extend gable overhangs as well for a more defined look.
ROOFING
- IKO brand architectural shingle on all models. 25 year type
- All standard colors available.
- Alternate manufacturers and other colors are optional.
ROOF-CONSTRUCTION
- 16” rafter/ truss spacing.
- 1/2” cdx grade plywood. 2”x 6” rafter/trusses used on all models.
- Aluminum roof drip edge and 2 wall vents.
The roof is one of the first things you notice when you look at your shed. It is important to select one that adds to the overall perception of your property. We like to think matching existing adjacent structures is a good idea. Also, in selecting your roofline, you may desire to consider the added attic space certain rooflines one shed style provides versus other styles. This may be a very important consideration for you.
